Terms
Last updated 9 October 2026.
These terms are between you and [[ENTITY NEEDED]], which runs Answered by Friday. Contact: [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]]. Paying for an order means you accept them.
What one order buys
A reviewed first draft of one security questionnaire, priced by the count this site makes in your browser: $590 for up to 150 questions, $990 for 151 to 400. It comes back in the questionnaire's own file format with the answer bank as a CSV and a Markdown file, five business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded) after payment and the last of your documents. A questionnaire over 400 questions is not sold on this site; the desk quotes it by email.
What a draft is, and is not
A draft answers from the documents you send. It is not an audit, a certification or an attestation, and it never says your organisation complies with any standard. You read it, edit it and decide what to send; your prospect decides what to make of it. Answers rest on your documents, and the desk does not verify that your controls work as your documents describe.
The count and the recount
The price is set by the count this site makes in your browser. The desk recounts at intake. If the recount lands in a lower tier, the difference is refunded. If it lands in a higher one, you choose before any work starts: pay the difference, or cancel for a full refund.
Your documents and your answers
You keep every right in your documents and in the answers drafted from them. You confirm you may share the questionnaire and the documents with the desk for this purpose. A SIG remains Shared Assessments' licensed product: the desk answers only the copy your prospect sent you and passes it to no one else. The desk keeps your documents confidential and uses them for your order and nothing else.
Refunds and delivery
Refunds and late delivery: [[REFUND TERMS NEEDED]]. Payments are taken by Stripe in US dollars.
Liability and law
Limits of liability: [[LIABILITY TERMS NEEDED]]. Governing law: [[GOVERNING LAW NEEDED]].
Changes
A change to these terms is dated at the top of this page. An order already paid is governed by the terms in effect on the day of payment.
