The Sample

What comes back: your questionnaire, answered in its own file, and the answer bank beside it as two files you keep.

Last updated 9 October 2026.

The returned questionnaire

Your file, in its own format, with your prospect's wording and columns left as they were. The answer column is filled in. Where the questionnaire has no column for evidence, one is added beside the answer, naming the document and section each answer rests on.

The answer bank

Two files with the same rows: answer-bank.csv, for a spreadsheet or a trust portal's import, and answer-bank.md, for a wiki or a repository. One row per question, five columns. This row is real, and it is about this site, because an invented answer about an invented company would show you nothing.

## Does your organisation hold a current SOC 2 Type II report?

No. Answered by Friday has no SOC 2 report of its own. What the desk
holds of a buyer's documents, and for how long, is set out on its
privacy page.

- Evidence cited: none for the report, because there is no report to
cite. Privacy page, section "What is held after payment".

What is never in the bank

An answer the evidence cannot carry. Where your documents say nothing about a question, the row says that in the answer column, the evidence column reads "none", and the question joins the list of what to write first. The reviewer's initials go on that row too, because "we have no policy for this yet" is an answer someone checked.

The page that counted your questionnaire drafts nothing. Every answer is drafted by the desk after payment and read by a person against the document it cites.
